Photovoltaic Cleaning Robot
 

   This photovoltaic cleaning robot was jointly developed by our company and the Harbin Institute of Technology's Quanzhou research institute. It's tailored to address the low cleaning efficiency and high labor costs prevalent in most photovoltaic power stations.

 

   With a modular design, the robot is adaptable to various panel layouts, easy to maintain, and suitable for a wide range of photovoltaic stations. It requires minimal investment and significantly boosts the cleaning efficiency of solar panels, increasing power output and overall profitability of the power stations.

Functional Characteristics

1. Operation Mode:

Includes power switch, automatic light inspection upon startup, motion control for forward and backward movement, and direct start for cleaning.

2. Self-power Supply

The robot is equipped with a photovoltaic panel that can charge lithium batteries;

3. Brush Roller Removable:

The cleaning brush roller can be conveniently removed and replaced;

4. Posture Correction Function

Automatically adjusts the robot's posture to adapt to misalignments between photovoltaic panels, ensuring smooth passage;

5. Backend Control Mode: 

The backend can control the robot's cleaning actions, including start, pause, and stop, and can directly set the number of cleaning cycles;

 

6. Task Scheduling:

The backend can set work schedules, including multiple time slots, cleaning frequency, cleaning cycles (in days), and operation speed settings;

7.Backend Data Monitoring:

Monitors temperatures ranging from -40°C to 70°C, with attention to battery selection, and can be equipped with two types of batteries for different working environments, standard and low-temperature batteries, with a protection level of IP65;

8.Environmental Monitoring:

Capable of monitoring local weather conditions such as wind speed, direction, temperature, and humidity (primarily used with selected modules).
